Group Fitness Training

We spice up your average gym workout.

Do you prefer training in a group? Join our small group personal training sessions and be motivated through our dynamic fitness groups.  Our sessions cover all elements of fitness including high intensity, strength and flexibility for all fitness levels.

All our sessions are 60 minutes except for our 45-minute Monday HIIT and Thursday Interval sessions.

Strength & Tone

A resistance training session specifically designed to develop muscle definition. Our sessions will increase your strength and help gain muscle mass.

Interval training / HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

An intense workout to build both strength and endurance by alternating periods of high and low intensity activities. This type of training maximizes cardiovascular benefits, makes your heart stronger and more efficient. An excellent session if you are looking to see improvements in your running, swimming, cycling or general cardiovascular fitness!

Zumba

Dance and have fun with hot Latin American and exotic rhythms.
